THE INTERNATIONAL CAT ASSOCIATION (TICA) is the world’s largest genetic registryof pedigreed catsand household pets. TICA is the only registry that continues to have steady growth in the number of cat registrations from around the world, as well
as in the numberof registered catteries and members on every continent.TICA stands apart from other cat registries by recognizing more new breeds than other registries, and TICAallows household pets to earn the same titles and awards as pedigreed cats.TICA also ensures the future of the catfancy through its Junior Exhibitor program. al Awards Banquet on August 30 and 31, 2014 at the DCU Center, Worcester, Massachusetts.

We are expecting up to 500 cats in the show, 250+ exhibitors, and over 2,500 spectators who will be attending theshow to see the beautiful cats, and who are potential buyers of your products and/or services. This show offers some great opportunities to promote your business via our website, through traditional print media and advertising,on-line marketing through search engines,paid on-line advertising, social media, and sponsorships.

VENDOR BOOTHS



Vendor spaces are offered in 10x10 increments. Booth space locations wi l l be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator. There is a limit of one vendor to a single (10X10) or 2 vendors to a double (10X20) space. Vendors are required to complete and sign the Vendor Application and Agreement. The vendor space rental fee includes a free business card advertisement. Additional tables can be purchased at a cost of $25.00 each. Electricity is extra, and must be requested in advance of set- up. The charge for  electricity will be determined bythe DCU Center and
is based on the number of amps of service needed, those needing electrical service will be notified of the cost as soon as possible. If you have any special booth space requirements, please note them under "Special Requirements " on the Vendor Application and Agreement. To apply for a vendor booth, mail or fill out our online Vendor Application and Agreement with your payment to the Vendor Coordinator.  Contracts will be accepted with a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to secure your space.  (First come/First served).  All contracts received after that date will be accepted if space allows and fees Must be paid in full prior to the show. 

Checks should be made out to:  Liberty Cat Club/ Francine Hicks.  You can also apply and pay for your vendor booth online.  A fee of $30.00 plus bank fees will be assessed for any returned checks; a returned check must be claimed with cash before the vendor will be allowed to setup.  Payment does not automatically guarantee a vendor space is available nor constitue a contract.  Vendor booths are awarded to applicants based on club approval, catefory of productss/services, and receipt of payment. 

The club reserves the right to refuse vendors without cause.  After the Vendor Coordinator receives a completed application with full payment, the Vendor Coordinator will notify the vendor if their application has been accepted an within 72 hours will confirm the space.  The TICA 2014 Annual reserves the right to not accpet an application for vendor space if the products or serves offered are similar or the same as another vendor already confirmed for space.  if a Vendor has not received notification about the status of their application, they are encouraged to contact the Vendor Coordinatory for a status update.

BOOTH SET-UP & SHOW HOURS

Vendors will be allowed to set up on Friday August 29, 2014 - specific times to be determined closer to the show date.  Off site parking is available for vendors with oversized vehicles.  Details will be forthcoming closer to the event.  All vendors are required to remain in the show hall, and open for business, during the advertised show hours, which are form 9:00 Am to 5:00 PM. - Saturday and Sunday.  No relocations, load-in/load-out, or storage os items will be permitted during advertised show hours.

SECURITY, INSURANCE& LIABILITY

All vendors shall purchase and maintain indemnity insurance OR, in the absence of indemnity insurance the Vendors hold harmless "All parties" (DCU Center, City of Worcester, Massachusetts, 2014 TICA Annual, Liberty Cat Club, TICA) from any and all claims which may arise out of or resultfrom the activities of the vendor.  The Vendor shall hold all parties harmless from all liability, however arising to any and all persons whosoever, whether for personal injuries or property damage or otherwise occurring because of or in connection with the Vendor's decision to display his goods or related to the TICA 2014 Annual Cat Show.

ADVERTISING

A B&W business card ad is included at no cost to vendors to appear in our exhibitor catalog and spectator's guide.  Please send a camera ready copy of your business card to the Vendor Coordinator.  All business cards must be received no later than August 1, 2014.  If you wish to upgrade your advertisment, please see the vendor application and agreement for upgrade pricing.

    VENDOR AGREEMENT

We have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement and the Vednor information packet, which is incorporated i and a part of this Agreement, and upon acceptance of the Agreement by the TICA 2014 Annual Vendor Coordinator, we the undersigned, agree to Vend at the TICA 2014 Annual Cat Show on August 30th and 31st, 2014 at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.  it is understood that the Vendor booth applied for is not automatic, and is not considered binding until it has been accepted and a copy of this Agreement has been executed and returned by the Vendor Coordinator.
